The E.A.S. unit filler seat (part #EAS1) shipped before May 15, 2004 need a safety upgraded. It has been brought to the attention of H2odyssey that after several uses with the E.A.S. unit the filler seat could shift allowing air to build up in the cap. H2odyssey will be replacing the E.A.S. filler seat at no charge with a new filler seat that has a larger diameter and is made of brass.
Warning: Failure to replace the filler seat could result in the protective cap blowing off of the fill port, which could cause serious injury and should be returned to an authorized H2odyssey center for repair.
