as many of you (i realize not everybody is affiliated with PADI here) have noticed - the employment board s*cks in certain ways! sth like "joboffer - start tomorrow" with no additional info shouldnt exist. i have in mind to send a big mail regarding that to PADI. a better (still way from perfect) solution is NAUI's job board. if you never saw it, check on www.naui.org , its accessable for everybody. its more like a template, who, what, how, pay, blablabla. as i said, not perfect, but better than: job, instr, now, call. to give it more weight i would be happy about everybody, who is affiliated with PADI, to give me your (registered with PADI) email to add on to my request for a change there. changes come in small steps, but if nobody starts to request them nothing will ever be happen!!!! looking forward to your replies!

And the next day I recieved the following email:
"Dear MyName.... ,
We are writing to you in regard to comments you posted today on the PADI Employment Boards. The sole purpose of this board is to enable employers to advertise job openings for PADI members. The Employment Board is not a bulletin board for posting general comments on dive industry issues or for members to express their opinions on a particular job opening or employer.
As clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions for using the board, PADI reserves the right to remove any inappropriate messages without warning. Any person leaving messages of an unprofessional nature or that violate the Terms and Conditions of the board may have their access to the entire PADI Pros website suspended.
I realize you posted your message out of frustration that many employers do not include sufficient information on the jobs they are advertising. In some cases this is due to the fact that they may not speak or write well in English. However, within the next few weeks we will be redesigning the website pages that members see before they post a job. We will be requesting that they try to include specific information that prospective employees need to know.
Training and Quality Management
Well I guess they are right. I broke the terms and conditions... but, hey It felt good at the time.
